- NABARD also asks you to capture a live photograph through your webcam or by scanning a QR code with your phone. That one is taken inside the portal — there is no file to resize.
- Also a PDF to upload
- NABARD is unusual: alongside the four images it wants your CV and proof of current CTC as PDFs of 500 KB. Those are documents, not photos, so they are not handled by this tool.

Common questions
Is the NABARD photo size the same as IBPS?
Yes — 200 × 230 pixels at 20–50 KB, identical to IBPS, SBI and LIC. All four appear to share a recruitment portal, which is also why NABARD routes application grievances through cgrs.ibps.in. The signature, thumb and declaration sizes match as well.
What happens if I upload the photo into the wrong slot?
NABARD states that if the photo is not uploaded at the place of Photo, admission for examination will be rejected or denied, and that the candidate is responsible. There are four separate upload links — check each before submitting.
Which NABARD posts does this cover?
These specifications are read off the Specialists on Contract advertisement (Advt. No. 03, 2026-27), and NABARD uses the same scanning guidelines across its Grade A and Grade B recruitment. Always confirm against the notification for your own post.
Can I reuse my IBPS or SBI photo?
The dimensions and file size are identical, so technically yes. But the photo has to be recent, and NABARD may match it against the live capture taken in the portal, so use a current one rather than an old file you happen to have at the right size.
